In more ways than one. Running in the literal sense and continuously. Can't remember the last time I jogged or spent time on the treadmill for 5 continuous days. The first couple of days are always easy but to maintain the tempo is the key. This time I challenge myself to do it. Not like the previous 57 times. After all, its for my own good.
