Sometimes we take things for granted in a manner that is absolutely despicable. We take advantage of the fact that people may be doing something for us and do not respect them for it but instead believe that it is but natural that they should be doing what they are doing.
If we want to bring about a change in the world, then the change has to come from within. The typical "Chalta Hai" attitude cannot work anymore. Change has to be made at an individual level.
With the burgeoining global population, it is but a matter of time before things get completely out of hand. Already there are issues with a large percentage of global population being obese and an equally large or greater number suffering from malnutrition. Such an imbalance is a tragedy and has come about against the forces of nature.
The time to act is now. And every one of us must act.
Perfect time for that famous line "Let's do it".
